heat is the overall energy of the molecular motion, whereas temperature is the average energy of the molecular motion.

Temperature is the coldness or hotness possessed by a body but heat is the form of radiation given out by burning masses of matter eg the sun, firewood etc
Difference is temperature is possessed within a body while heat is the energy that causes changes in temperature it itself being radiant(all around us)
